DUST O PRESS ROAD SOLUTION STEPS

1. PREPARE THE ROAD SURFACE

Identify the road area to be treated and prepare the surface using a scraper, grader or similar equipment. Ensure the road is as smooth & level as possible for optimal product performance.

2. PREPARE THE DUST O PRESS

Fill your sprayer fire-fighter unit or water tank with 1,000 litres of water. Add 25Lt (2.50/0 dilution rate) of DUST O PRESS and drive around or circulate the mixture to ensure it is thoroughly mixed.

3. APPLY DUST O PRESS MIXTURE

Spray the mixture evenly over the identified area (max 600 m2 - 1000 m2). The treated surface will begin to develop a brown appearance, indicating proper coverage. BEWARE of "over-wetting" the area. DUST O PRESS should soak into the road and not form wet patches or standing puddles. If this happens, increase the waiting period between applications.

4. PREPARE & APPLY DUST O LOCK MIXTURE

Allow the first application to dry for approximately 40 minutes. Thereafter, fill your sprayer/fire fighter unit or water tank again with 1,000Lt of water. Add 25Lt (2.50/0 dilution rate) of DUST O LOCK and spray as evenly as possible over the previously treated area at walking speed.

5. MONITOR & MAINTAIN TREATED AREA

Retain the remaining stock of DUST O LOCK for ongoing maintenance. Regularly observe the road surface and reapply DUST O LOCK when dust begins to rise to approximately belt height during vehicle movement.
